Art. 25. (Provides that the marking and keeping secret of all matters regarding military resources under the jurisdiction of Government offices shall be governed by Imperial Ordinance.)

Art. 26. (Provides that in Korea, Formosa and Saghalien the powers vested in the competent Minister of State under the law shall be exercised by Government offices in accordance with the terms of an Imperial Ordinance.)

Supplementary Regulation.

The date of enforcement of this law shall be fixed by Imperial Ordinance.
